Prior to joining Axiom Space, Jared held significant positions in both the public and private sectors. He served as Deputy Executive Secretary and Chief of Staff for the White House National Space Council, where he managed external affairs and contributed to the formulation of U.S. national space policy across civil, commercial, and national security domains.
Stout's experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Communications at the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation. Earlier in his career, he was a Professional Staff Member for the Space Subcommittee of the House of Representatives' Science, Space, and Technology Committee, where he played a key role in drafting key legislation on NASA, regulations, and commercial space activity.
In the private sector, Stout has been a consultant at various law firms in Washington, D.C., advising clients on legislative, communications, and regulatory strategies within the space industry.
